Property Management Case Study

In 2000 a leading firm of property advisers awarded CIS Security a small contract outside London. The service needed improving and the property management arm of this well known company was impressed with the supervision, management approach and pro-active philosophy in providing effective service delivery. This started a relationship which has developed over the last five years into a significant partnership.

The CIS Security Service

  • Across numerous premises, mostly in London, provide Security Officers in different roles undertaking a wide variety of duties including building management, reception, concierge, access control, CCTV and systems management.
  • Provide mobile patrol, key/alarm response and other property checks from mobile experienced uniformed Supervisors travelling in high profile liveried patrol cars.
  • Meet specialist training needs such as First Aid at Work, Lift Rescue and Fire Wardens to ensure our client’s meet their customer health and safety requirements.
  • Provide 24-hour advice and support in responding quickly to short notice requirements. This can include an Implementation Team that can complete detailed Risk Assessments, meet employment transfer needs under TUPE, other HR issues and a Training Manager to complete identified modules on site to ensure contract compliance.
  • Include additional support to our client surveyors and managers in attending meetings with tenants for example, to further enhance the service.
  • Provide trained Officers during sickness and holiday cover for their in-house Building Managers.
  • Where appropriate all of these services can include a detailed Service Level Agreement to provide a straightforward and effective method of monitoring contract service delivery.
