Contract Management
Avoiding an over reliance on one maager, a team approach is used. This provides robust
and effective support for both our clients and our staff. The result is consistent service
delivery and continuity that is a key element in our contract and client retention.
Duty Management
24 hour support is completed by our out of hours management support. Controllers and Mobile
Supervisors are backed up by a Duty Manager supported by a Director throughout the week.
24-Hour Supervision
Comprehensive 24-hour supervision works effectively in close coordination with our Control
Centre. This provides very good supervision, quick incident response and emergency support
to all our clients and staff.
24-Hour Control Centre
This is the hub of our operation from where support is directed and monitored. Officers book
on and off duty by telephoning our Duty Controllers confident that they have experienced
backup on hand for advice, guidance and support at any time.
