Tracy ensures that as an organisation we are fully compliant with industry standards. Tracy is also responsible for sourcing new Training initiatives, enabling CIS to continuously develop our staff. As an organisation we adopt a coaching and mentoring approach. We are keen to identify and nurture talent amongst our employees in order to provide our staff with opportunities for development within the organisation.
Tracy also manages TUPE processes and overseas the management of the HR operational team, consisting of a Senior HR Officer, Regional HR Officer, Recruitment Officer, Vetting and Licensing Officer and HR Support Officer
