Quality & Compliance

Our Management Review System forms the framework for the development and implementation of our key business objectives

Corporate Social Responsibility

At CIS Security, we do not measure the success of our business solely on revenue intake. Success for us means also having responsible business practices such as giving back to the local communities in which we work, investing in young people, and creating a supportive culture for our employees.

Our Charity Partnership

London's Air Ambulance is, unbelievably, completely reliant on charitable donations to operate its life saving service. That's why CIS Security have chosen to team up as charity partner.

We go to great lengths to support the amazing people working effortlessly to save lives on a daily basis. In 2017 CIS Executive Chairman Carl Palmer took part in the round-the-world Clipper Race and chose to use his participation in the event to promote and fundraise for the London’s Air Ambulance Charity.

More than £14,000 were raised and our support continues stronger than ever!

Apprenticeships Programmes

We are keen to develop the potential of young people. We run a number of initiatives to encourage ‘learning and earning’ both in our local community and the communities of our partners.

We support the employability programme with Lewisham College providing mentorship and guidance for those seeking a job.

CIS Security supports the goals of the National Apprenticeship Service’s (NAS) Apprenticeship Programme of increasing apprenticeships across England.

20:20 Vision

As a forward-thinking company providing security services, we understand the unlimited and widespread benefits that inclusion and diversity bring along.

Hence, in 2015 we launched an initiative called 20:20 Vision promoted by CIS Sales & Marketing Director, Amanda McCloskey.

Our aim is to increase the percentage of women working in Security to 20% by the year 2020. A leading advocate for women in Security, Amanda and the whole of CIS team strive to raise awareness and encourage inclusion and create a more heterogenous community within our industry.

Armed Forces Covenant

We affiliate ourselves with the Armed Forces Covenant. Through our HR Department we offer support and expertise to Armed Forces leavers willing to resettle and start a career transition onto the Security industry.

Service leavers can access our live vacancies and apply, thus simplifying and accelerating the process of bringing candidates, vacancies and employers together.

We are proud to work alongside those who have served the Country and provide a resettlement scheme from the military to civilian life.
